Payments for paid plans are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and go directly to Stripe. We receive only the information needed to manage your subscription, such as the payer's name and email, the plan, payment dates and payment status. Stripe's handling of personal data is described in its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, government authorities or other parties where required by law, necessary to protect our rights or users, or connected with a legitimate transfer of the business.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. Overseas processing
Some service providers may process or store personal data outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore law.
6. Students and users under 18
Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account, use the service and purchase a subscription.
If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may suspend the account and delete the associated personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
A parent or guardian may contact us regarding the personal data of a student under their care.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfil the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes and comply with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of it securely.
